Po trejų metų (‘After three years) by Algis Fediajevas is a seven-track album which was recorded in the UK by Mark Elliott at EMP Studio in Hadleigh, UK. It’s the fourth full length release by Algis following on from Vieškeliu į Araratą (2014), Mano bičiuli nerime (2016), and Pėdsakų lede nepalikus (2019).

Algis Fediajevas is a Lithuanian acoustic guitarist and singer-songwriter whose music can be described as psychedelic or experimental folk. He is best known for his highly original acoustic guitar playing style (it varies from calm folky or “easternish” fingerpicking to noisy explosions filled with interesting effects), rich compositions, dynamic vocals (sometimes calm, sometimes angry) and both personal and philosophical lyrics. On this album Algis continues the path started by his previous works, but develops it much further adding more freedom and confidence. Also new instruments appear like lap steel guitar.
The title of the album signifies both global and personal dimensions: those three years after the release of Algis’ last album until the recording of this one were full of global convulsions and it touched everyone’s personal life. Therefore, the lyrics and music itself show that.
